I opened account
I opened account. But I don't used. Everyday they bombarded me email, text messages etc..." you have 125£ to spend, start shopping bla bla bla etc. Ok I started shopping made a two orders. One order was dispatched(very pro service) Second order was CANCELLED and rest of my credit amount was REMOVED!!!! I contacted with them through the live chat and they tell me story about experian and credit check. SO Experian allowed dispatched 1st order but 2nd order not!!!! Totally disgusting and unprofessional adviser and incredible story about Experian ...not recommend!!!! Not worth ur time wasted.

One of the worst companies which I have…
One of the worst companies which I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They keep sending me bills and adding charges for items which I have never ordered. I wonder how trading standards allow them to operate?

Unfair late fees....
Had an account for 10 years now and just noticed that they apply a late payment fee ever month as I get paid end of month so always pay up to date then. Noticed this and asked to change my payment date to last day of month. Told no. I have told them to do this or freeze my account and will take it further if not resolved.

Ordered a £700 computer and set up deliverey forv 11/12/21

Hermes lost/stolen the parcel, but my gripe is more with Premier Man as they seem to be doing nothing in chasing this up. They sent me an email saying i should hear something within a couple of days, over a week.... later no other contact from them.

Then on Christmas day the send an invite to review the product i'm still waiting for.Though if it ever turns up they will be getting it sent back as i purchsed it from another company instead as it was a present.
So i write a bad review against them and the reply saying it can't be accepted and i should contact customer services about it (which i have already) Surely they should of passed on my concern to thier customer services department on my behalf. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IN MY OPINION.GOOD PRODUCTS, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES.

Just avoid!
Missed a payment because i was in hospital! 4 calls a day and treats from this rouge trader company!

Called them and they are RUDE and threatening!

Not only a breach of the mental health act but consumer law!

Avoid!!!!!!!

Premierman need to change there…
Premierman need to change there courier.
This really annoyed me as we cancelled the order and they still sent it out for delivery.
Parcel was delivered around the back of our work unit left next to our commercial bin on a wednesday when it is collection day to be emptied.

How stupid can hermes and premierman be,we never asked them to leave it in a safe place becuse we cancelled the order and no notification of delivery,it was only when we checked to see when it was out for delivery because we had an email saying trying to deliver which we cancelled and we see a picture of our parcel next to our commercial bin.
All i can say It was just lucky the bin man did not take it away or we would have to try and prove it.
Sorry but I hate hermes and premierman for there stupidness and always have done,we have had so many problems with them in the past its ridiculous.
Im considering using a different clothing comapany as im so fed up with there mess ups.

Be prepared to be let down
Not the first time they have screwed me over however it will be the last. In August I purchased 2 large sofas I was told delivery was 11th October, so went ahead and paid for the sofas, a week before they were due to arrive I had my old sofas taken away. 2 weeks later my sofas had still not arrived, when I contacted PremierMan I was told they had been cancelled due to lack of stock. NIGHTMARE!! I then had to go sofa shopping and spend £3000 on 2 new sofas then had to redecorate around them. Not great, PM said oh we'll give you 10% off your next purchase of a sofa... I was like "stick it mate!" Today is the last straw for the company. I ordered a couple of small things, and once again paid for them. all necessary emails arrived even one from Hermes. Then go online to check where my items are to be told, "they were stolen from the courier" "you will have to fill out the form we are sending now to claim back or re-order" "If you are not happy please call customer service" Called customer service to get an Indian call centre where the person on the phone didn't even understand English, she put me on hold and I was there for over 30 mins till I eventually got bored and hung up. 13p per minute with an extra charge from your network provider. Bang outta order! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Incomptence and atrocious customer service
Ordered a toaster and kettle from them, only to receive an email from them the next day telling me my payment had been declined by my card issuer and the order was cancelled. I had authorised the payment when I placed the order, and after confirming with my bank, the payment was still pending and had not been rejected. The next day I received an email stating they were unable to accept my credit order as I was over my credit limit - I had and have no credit account with them, as I had ordered my items with a debit card. I can only assume they are lying in an attempt to make me place the order again and get double the money. Shocking behaviour from a company and I'll never use them again

I have just realised that their statements are every 28 days so 13 times a year - that must be why the service, interest and customer service is so bad - they must be based on the moon
extreme interest rate, charges for phone calls, etc

OFFER CODE NOT HONOURED
Send you an offer code leaflet through the post 25% off. Great, offer code good till 8th Oct. Tried to use the code. nothing. So contacted via email waited--waited eventually had a reply told the code I used was invalid/timed out would I send photo proof of leaflet, with the code I had received, showing offer and expire date, yes no problem. Which clearly states offer and the expire date 8th October. Still waiting for a reply now the 5th of October, so will I get my code in time or not, I wonder?

Dreadful customer service and care fraudulently obtain money for orders they don’t fulfill
Like to give zero or negative rating Dreadful customer service. Informed order would be late after paying next day delivery. What arrived yesterday 4 days after paying, was something I had not ordered a back support and I spent 2 hours on chat in the evening trying to sort this out. Was told a refund would be credited and someone would phone to assist in reordering what I had ordered - 3 pairs of trousers and 2 pairs of trainers. This morning:no phone call and money still removed from my bank account so I phoned and was an hour on phone. This evening still no refund for order I have paid for and did not receive and no one emailed or phoned to apologise or give me an update. Some way to treat a vulnerable person????Should I contact police fraud victim support unit who have helped me in past with scams? Absolutely appalling customer service.
Eventually bank fraud team got me a refund for the items I ordered that were not delivered. Dreadfull experience and not good for well-being of a vulnerable perso. Avoid like the plague
